I am still here....

Softball season is almost over (well, school season anyway) and we will have a short break before summer ball starts.

We lived through prom, I didn't know if we would, but we did! More to come on that.

We have awards dinner and sping sports awards coming up and then things should settle down and I will be back in action. I miss everyone but I swear I am lucky if I have a minute to pee these days.

Lost is on in 30 minutes and then I am going to pass out!

Softball Season is Upon Us

This:

is why

I haven't been

around much.

Games are almost everyday during the month of April. On days we don't have games, we are usually making up rainouts. We had a rainout on Friday. It was a nice break. We have a games schuduled Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Today is suppose to snow and only be 40 degrees. Hoping for a snowout today!

Keep your fingers crossed for Danielle and her team. We are off to a losing start having lost our starting pitcher to an injury. Hoping for her return this week.

A Day Late and a Dollar Short...

Or is it A Dollar Short and a Day Late???

Anyway, here it is. My Bible verse for the first of the month:

Isaiah 40:11

He will feed His flock like a shepherd. He will carry the lambs in His arms, holding them close to His heart. He will gently lead the mother sheep with their young.

Freakin' Sweet

So, I purchased my copy of Twilight on Saturday at Target. Three disk special edition with a free digital download for itunes.

My boy put it on his ipod and tonight I watched it while I walked, with those earbuds.

WOW. It was fabulous, that all I got to say.

Super Busy

Hi Ladies (and Matt). I have been super busy since last Wednesday, the day of my last post. Lots going on. I am getting ready to go to bed after helping Morgan finish a DVD project for school and was thinking maybe I could think of something quick to post about in the morning when I noticed I forgot to turn the calender today, and look what I found:

Every citizen of Kentucky is required by law to take a bath at least once a year.

WTF?

Have a great week.
